| Considered
initially as just another luxury car item for the rich, the mass
production of mobile theatre has seen the price become affordable
for all drivers. Even in airlines, high-resolution personal theatre
entertainment has been extended from first class to economy because
of its obvious success in making journeys that much more enjoyable.
Bus companies have also seen the need to keep passengers entertained
with mobile theatre.
The
entertainment factor has been the driving force behind the success
of mobile theatre in the USA and Europe. Well may they say that
it’s not the destination that counts but the journey along the
way. But not all passengers, especially children, enjoy a drive
of more than a few hours without giving the driver grief and stress.
Boredom gives way to impatience, back seat tit-for-tat and the
inevitable “are we there yet”???
In
countries like Australia and New Zealand, distance, straight boring
roads combine with big city traffic to make that holiday, weekend
away or Sunday drive a nightmare for the passengers and driver
alike. That’s where NESA turns that nightmare drive into a first
class journey.
With
NESA VISION mobile
theatre you can slip in the latest DVD or plug in the kids’ Nintendo
or Play Station and your passengers will be entertained for hours.
Entertained passengers are happy passengers, creating less stress
for the driver who can keep their attention on the road where
it belongs.
INSTALLATION
Installations
are not complicated and can be performed in as little as 2 hours.
The systems are light, compact and very durable making them ideal
for the mobile market. The systems can be installed so that they
can be moved from car to van or boat. They can also be installed
so that they can be removed when you sell the car.
LAWS
AND REGULATIONS - AUSTRALIA
The
regulation as set out by the new NRTC Road Rules (2000) have been
adapted by most states. It is dangerous to install and have a
screen running in the full view of the driver. Imagine the footy
finals playing as you’re winding your way through the Snowy`s.
Any
screen that is installed in view of the driver and can be a distraction
must be installed so that it turns off when the handbrake is disengaged.
This is a major disadvantage of in dash screens as passengers
can only view them while the vehicle is stationary.
Nesa
systems are installed to maximise passenger entertainment while
the driver enjoys a stress free drive
