STEP 1a

Power

Check the status light on the back of the Starlink Mini.

No Light - indicates there is no power to the Starlink.

Check the key-on power source connected to the Starlink and use a multimeter or test light to confirm voltage is present. Investigate wiring, fuses and connectors making sure everything is securely and fully plugged in and there is no damage to hardware or cabling.

Slow Blinking Light - indicates the Starlink is powered on and attempting to connect.

Note: Before proceeding you will need the Starlink App installed on your mobile device. Your network name and password will be reset after completing a factory reset.

Locate the reset button on the back of the Starlink. Press down firmly until you hear or feel a click and hold for 3 seconds to perform a factory reset. The status light will blink quickly and shutoff indicating a reboot. After reboot, scan for available Wi-Fi networks and look for the Starlink Wi-Fi SSID and configure to your preferred network and password (setting a network name is case sensitive; please ensure network name is correct).

If any of the steps outlined above allow the Starlink Wi-Fi SSID to be found proceed to STEP 2 HERE >

If the network issue persists proceed to escalation by contacting OLBIS Starlink Support through the below link to submit a support request.
